See
what a supporter sees, and what a club gets.

Real club artwork, real draw configurations, and the nine formats the platform runs — each one marked with what the production record can and cannot corroborate.

Read this first

Two kinds of picture, never mixed up

An investor is entitled to know which of these is a photograph and which is a drawing. So the page tells you, on every frame, without being asked.

Real media

The club artwork further down is real. Each photograph and crest was uploaded by that club to its own Play Fund Win draw site and is served from the platform’s own media domain. Every URL on this page was fetched on 10 September 2026 and had to return a 200, an image content type, a real byte length and real decoded pixel dimensions before it was allowed on. The last check is not fussiness: one club crest in production returns a perfectly valid 200 and is a 70-byte single transparent pixel.

Renderings

Everything inside a device frame is drawn in this page from a real club’s real configuration — its draw name, entry price, prize wording, ticket ladder, closing date and its own two brand colours, all read out of production on 10 September 2026. They are not screenshots and every frame says so twice. We would rather show you the live sites on a call than dress a drawing up as evidence, and the clubs’ own sites are linked below so you can check.

What a supporter sees

Three live draws, three different formats

Each of these clubs had an open, active, visible draw at the moment of measurement. What is drawn is their configuration — public, on their own site — never their takings.

Why the postal line matters

A prize draw sold without a free entry route is a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005, and a club running one would need a licence it almost certainly does not have. The free postal route on every draw is what keeps a club the right side of that line. It is a small piece of copy carrying a great deal of regulatory weight, which is why it appears in a picture of the product rather than only in the compliance page.

How the platform stays outside the licensing regime
The range

Nine formats, and what production says about each

One codebase serves a village hall 100 Club and a Premier League foundation season draw, because a format is a configuration rather than a separate product.

  • 50/50 draw

Monthly, weekly, match day, daily or season-long

Half the pot to the winner, half to the cause. The format the platform was built around and the one most of its recurring revenue runs through.

    Live in production

Open on the measurement date: Watford Ladies FC Monthly Draw, Lidgate & Ousden CC Monthly 50/50 and KEWFORD EAGLES FOOTBALL CLUB 50/50 Monthly Draw.

  • One-off event draw

    Single campaign

A raffle attached to an event or a moment — a Christmas fixture, a dinner, an anniversary. Sells over a fixed window and draws once.

    Live in production

Open on the measurement date: Appleton Village Hall Prize Draw and the £1,000 Adventure Experience Draw, closing 21 September 2026. Across the whole record, 184 one-off draws have taken an entry, across 48 hosts.

  • 12th Man or supporters club

    Recurring subscription

A membership by another name — 12th Man, Patrons' Club, Founders Circle. Guaranteed monthly income rather than a variable pot, and the format with the best retention economics.

    Live in production

Open on the measurement date: the Stamford AFC 12th Man Player Fund Draw, £1 an entry. Across the whole record, 177 subscription draws across 12 hosts have carried 43,634 entries.

  • Match day draw

    Every home fixture

A draw per fixture, sold online and at the turnstile, drawn at half time. The format that needs fixture data, which is why LeaguePages matters to it.

    In the record

The fixture spine a match-day draw runs on is loaded and current: 221 fixtures across 7 hosts, kickoffs from 20 September 2025 to 8 May 2027.

  • Multi-prize seasonal draw

    Season-long

One ticket, many prizes, drawn in sequence across a season. Keeps a campaign alive for months rather than minutes.

    In the record

377 draws that took at least one entry carried more than one prize; 4,039 draws are configured with more than one. Two were open on the measurement date, at Helsby Football Club and The Old Boots Football Club.

  • Cause-specific campaign

    Fixed window, fixed target

A draw pointed at a named thing — a pitch, a minibus, a playground — with a visible goal. The format charities and PTAs reach for first.

    Capability, no live example

Not separately countable. The platform stores no format field, so a cause campaign is a one-off draw pointed at a named cause and is indistinguishable in the schema from any other one-off draw.

  • Members-only draw

    Recurring, closed audience

Restricted to season-ticket holders or paid members. Prizes are access rather than cash — the chairman's box, a lounge upgrade, signed kit.

    Capability, no live example

No structural field marks a draw as members-only and no live example was measured on the measurement date. Stated as capability rather than counted.

  • Fan engagement side games

    Weekly through a season

Prediction games — scores, scorers, league positions. Sold as a season entry rather than a ticket, and the only format that gives a supporter a reason to return every week whether or not they are buying.

    In the record

132 side games configured across 4 clubs and 20 series, carrying 4,022 predictions from 81 supporters between 9 November 2025 and 1 May 2026. A 2025-26 product, not a mature line.

  • 100 Club

    Recurring subscription

Members buy a number, one to 100, 200 or 500. Fills once and then runs itself; the oldest fundraising format in British club life, run properly.

    Live in production

Open on the measurement date: the Appleton Village Hall 100 Club, £5 a place and capped at 100 tickets in the drawMaxTickets column, and the Hill and Moor 100 Club Monthly Prize Draw.

The marketing site attaches a worked example to each of these formats — a club, a supporter count, a monthly total. Those are illustrations written to explain a shape, and none of them is identifiable as a client in the production record, so none of them appears here. What appears instead is what the database shows, on 10 September 2026. The platform stores no format field: a format is a configuration of recurrence, prize structure, ticket ladder and side game, which is why two of the nine can be described but not counted.

Wrexham AFC Foundation is a thirteen-month-old relationship, not a long-standing one — its first paid entry was 11 August 2025. That is what makes the two revenue figures above worth putting side by side, and it is also why they are shown as two measured totals rather than as twelve monthly readings nobody has taken. Its takings are published here because this club is already named with figures in the verified pack; the three clubs in the previews above are not, and their revenue does not appear.

A food bank, a pre-school and a synagogue sit alongside the football and rugby clubs on the same platform, running the same formats. That breadth is the argument this section exists to make, and it is easier to see than to say.
